1.3 Aerial Imagery & Inspection Data

When performing Inspection Services, we capture thermal (radiometric IR) and visual imagery of your site. This imagery may incidentally include:

  • Aerial views of the property and surrounding areas
  • Equipment serial numbers or markings visible from the air
  • GPS coordinates and flight telemetry data

We do not intentionally capture images of individuals. If identifiable persons appear in imagery, we will blur or crop them upon request.

  • Prepare and deliver Deliverables (reports, imagery, analysis)
  • Communicate with you about scheduling, quotes, and results

  • Payment records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
  • Website analytics:Retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months).

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted email transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices
